An Aber photo-etched set for the Sd.Kfz.162 Jagdpanzer IV A-0 tank destroyer - vol. 1, basic set (1:35) is a photo-etched metal detail set, not a standalone model.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is a photo-etched metal detail set from the Polish manufacturer Aber in 1:35 scale, not a vehicle model. The basic set (vol. 1) brings fine photo-etched parts that replace the simplified plastic features from the box and raise the fidelity of a build of the Jagdpanzer IV tank destroyer in its pre-production A-0 form. It forms the first stage of detailing in the range.
The Jagdpanzer IV (Sd.Kfz.162) was a German tank destroyer of the Second World War built on the chassis of the Pz.Kpfw. IV tank. It had a low, well-armored superstructure with a 75 mm gun. The A-0 form belonged to the early production phase and differed in details from the later series vehicles.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and bend them on a bending tool or along a ruler. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue); degrease the metal and spray it with a coat of primer before painting. Pick out the sloped plates of the superstructure with a wash and fine pigments.
This is a detail accessory, not a vehicle model. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
