The 44M Tas was a Hungarian heavy tank designed in 1943 as a modern machine that was to replace the more outdated 40M Turan and 43M Zrinyi types. The concept called for a gun derived from the German 7.5 cm KwK 42 L/70. Series production never came, the factory and the prototype were destroyed in 1944, and so the vehicle stayed at the development stage.
Assembling the individual track links and the running gear calls for time and care. Use thin modeling cement on the joints, treat the surface with a base color (primer) and apply the camouflage scheme with an airbrush. Bring the details out with washes and a dry brush, and finish the weathering with pigments.
