This is a finished collector figure, not a modeling kit. It comes assembled and fully painted, so gluing, sanding and painting all fall away: once unpacked you only stand it on a shelf or in a display case. The manufacturer is Bandai, which issues figures for this title in several collector lines.
Yotsuba Nakano is the fourth of the five Nakano sisters around whom the romantic comedy The Quintessential Quintuplets by Negi Haruba turns. The plot is simple and strong at once: Futaro Uesugi, a poor but top-of-the-class student, gets a well-paid tutoring job with five identical-looking sisters, not one of whom wants to study. Yotsuba is the most energetic of them, a sporting type who is always rushing into something, helps everybody and pushes her own needs to last place. Her mark of recognition is the ribbon in her hair, by which viewers tell her from her sisters, and an infectious optimism behind which her own uncertainty is also hidden. It is exactly the different natures of five outwardly identical girls that made the series a hit with viewers.
Stand the figure out of direct sunlight and away from sources of heat, so that it keeps the saturation of its colors. Wipe the dust off with a soft brush or a dry microfiber cloth. Solvents, spirit and abrasive cleaners do not belong on a painted surface. A closed display case will keep the figure clean longest, and it is worth keeping the original box.
