An Aber photo-etched metal detail set in 1:35 scale. It holds parts for building the magazines and the ammunition transport boxes for the German 20 mm Flak 30 and Flak 38 anti-aircraft guns. The accessories bring the gun crew, the hull of a vehicle and a diorama scene to life.
The Flak 30 and its improved version the Flak 38 were German light anti-aircraft guns of 20 mm. They used box magazines, and their service involved the characteristic ammunition transport boxes that piled up around a gun position.
Separate the small photo-etched parts on a cutting surface, fold the boxes along the bend lines and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease the metal and prime it. Place the boxes around the gun and pick them out with a wash for a true scene.
This is a detail accessory, not a model. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
