A photo-etched metal detail set in 1:35 scale from Aber for the plastic model of the German Panther Ausf.G medium tank. It is not a tank kit but a set of fine photo-etched parts that refine the exterior — engine deck grilles, tool clamps, fenders and other details that plastic cannot capture. The set is meant for experienced modelers.
The Panther Ausf.G was the most numerously built variant of the German Panther medium tank of the second half of the Second World War. The vehicle carried the long 7.5 cm KwK 42 L/70 gun and combined heavy firepower, sloped armor and good mobility. The G version brought a simplified hull and further production changes.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp blade, bend them over a bending tool or a metal rule and glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Degrease the metal parts before painting and lay down a primer for metal. Fit the detail step by step, before the hull is closed up.
This is a photo-etched accessory for a model, not a standalone vehicle kit. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
