A photo-etched set of safety belts from the Czech manufacturer Eduard for the model of the Boeing F-15K Slam Eagle fighter in 1:48 scale. The set is not a model of an airplane - it is a small but very effective accessory that replaces the flat or missing belts on the seat with faithful photo-etched belts with buckles.
Photo-etched belts give an ejection seat a realistic look - they capture the straps, the buckles and the fittings as they look in reality. The pre-formed parts bend easily into the natural shape of belts draped over the seat.
The F-15K Slam Eagle is a two-seat multirole version of the F-15E fighter operated by the Republic of Korea. It is a high-performance aircraft able to fly air combat as well as precise strikes on ground targets at long range.
The set serves for the detailing of a plastic kit of the matching type and scale. The model itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
