HMS Zulu 1941 is a resin kit of a Tribal class destroyer in 1:700 scale from ROP o.s. Intended for experienced modelers.
Responsibility details are not available.
This resin kit in 1:700 scale captures the British Tribal class destroyer HMS Zulu as she was in 1941. It is a resin kit intended for experienced modelers.
HMS Zulu belonged to the Tribal class, fast destroyers of the Royal Navy with heavy gun armament. In 1941 vessels of this class took part in escort and combat operations in the Mediterranean and in northern waters. Her slender silhouette with two funnels and twin gun turrets of the main caliber is characteristic.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and sand the surfaces down with respiratory protection. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). The model can be built with the full hull or as a waterline model on a stand. Photo-etched railings, aerials from stretched sprue, an airbrush and a period naval camouflage are recommended. Fine washes will bring out the deck and the superstructure.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
