An injection-molded plastic kit of the German Messerschmitt Bf 109F-4 fighter as it appeared in Spanish service, in 1:72 scale from the brand AZ model. The set contains plastic sprues, clear parts and decals for several Spanish machines. It offers a less common color and marking variant of the popular fighter.
The Bf 109F, nicknamed the Friedrich, was an aerodynamically improved version of the famous fighter, with cannon armament on the axis of the propeller and cleaner lines to the fuselage and the wing. Spain operated Bf 109 aircraft for a number of years and its machines carried distinctive national markings, which make the model an interesting piece among the usual German schemes.
Separate the parts with a sharp knife and glue them with liquid cement for plastic. Take care over the clean seating of the canopy and of the fine parts typical of the small scale. We recommend a primer, camouflage with an airbrush and a gloss clear coat under the decals. Bring the panel lines out with a wash and add fine exhaust staining behind the engine.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
