A set of waterslide decals in 1:72 scale from the Czech maker AML. It is not a kit but an accessory to a plastic model, with which you finish the two-seat trainer version of the famous Japanese fighter, the Mitsubishi A6M2-K. The sheet offers several marking options for this machine.
The A6M2-K was a two-seat trainer conversion of the A6M Zero fighter, produced for the training of Japanese naval pilots. It kept the aerodynamics and the recognizable look of the Zero, but with a tandem open cockpit for the instructor and the pupil. It was one of the most widespread Japanese trainer types of the closing stages of the war.
Apply the decals onto a gloss coat, so that the film does not silver. Dip the cut-out part briefly in lukewarm water, slide it off the paper onto the model and bed it down with a softener, which helps the decal cling to the surface. Finally, even it out with a matte coat. Thin decals call for careful handling.
This is a set of decals, not a model. The kit, the paints and the glue are not included in the package.
