This conversion set from Armycast is not a complete model but a collection of resin parts with decals, with which you can turn a plastic model of a Sikorsky S-70/Seahawk family helicopter into the Greek naval S-70B-2 Aegean Hawk version in 1:72 scale. The resin is meant for more experienced modelers used to working with it.
The S-70B-2 Aegean Hawk is a shipborne multi-role helicopter of the Hellenic Navy derived from the American Sikorsky S-70/SH-60 Seahawk family. It serves for anti-submarine and anti-ship warfare, reconnaissance and patrol from the decks of frigates. Naval sensors, armament and equipment matching the Greek specification are characteristic of it.
First wash the resin parts free of mold release agent residue, carefully cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. Glue them with cyanoacrylate glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Following the instructions, remove the relevant parts from the plastic base and replace them with the resin parts.
This is a resin conversion set, not a complete model. The basic plastic helicopter kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
