A decal sheet in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Kovozavody Prostejov. It is not a kit but a set of waterslide decals for finishing a plastic model of the Zlin Z-242L trainer in its civil form. The sheet offers several color schemes with civil registrations, so you can set your model apart from the markings in the box. The kit itself has to be obtained separately.
The Zlin Z-242L is a Czech two-seat training and sport aircraft from the family of proven Zlin aerobatic machines. It is used for basic and advanced pilot training and for recreational flying; thanks to its agility it also handles basic aerobatics. In its civil form it flies with flying clubs and flight schools at home and abroad.
Apply the decals onto a smooth gloss clear coat so that no silvering appears. Cut out the motif, dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and slide it off the backing paper into place. A decal softener will help it settle, drawing the decal down onto the surface and into the engraved lines. Once dry, seal it with a varnish of the sheen you want.
This is a standalone decal sheet. The kit, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
