A dragster is a single-purpose racing special for running a short straight track, where the winner is decided within a few seconds. A long slender frame, narrow front wheels that only steer, massive driving wheels at the rear and a completely exposed engine bay are typical of it. That is exactly why a dragster is a rewarding modeling subject: most of the machinery stays visible on the finished model. The Wynn's Jammer designation refers to the sponsor livery of the car.
Separate the parts from the sprue gates with sprue nippers and clean the remainder of the gate up with a file, so nothing is left on a surface on view. Glue with thin polystyrene cement, which is drawn into the joint by capillary action. Assemble the frame and the axles on a flat surface, so the model ends up standing on all its wheels. Spray a filler primer before painting, and apply rich racing shades over a white base. Apply the decals on a gloss varnish and add a decal softener, so they seat on the contoured surfaces; then unify the finished model with varnish to the degree of sheen you want. Glue the chrome parts on last and with a minimum of glue.
