The Brengun 1:144 Me 262A Schwalbe photo-etched set (two sets in the package) contains a pair of photo-etched sets with resin parts added, for refining the build of models of the Me 262A jet fighter in 1:144 scale. The set is intended for the Eduard kit.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a model of the airplane but a detail set from the maker Brengun. The package contains two photo-etched (brass) sets with resin parts added, so it will go round for two models or for a double-kit boxing. The set refines models of the Messerschmitt Me 262A Schwalbe jet fighter in 1:144 scale. It is based on the dimensions of the Eduard kit.
The Messerschmitt Me 262A Schwalbe was the first jet fighter in the world to enter service in series. The Luftwaffe operated it in the Second World War; it stood out for its high speed but suffered from unreliable engines and a shortage of fuel.
Separate the photo-etched parts with a sharp knife and bend them in a bender. Wash the resin parts free of mold release agent residue and cut off the casting blocks. Bond everything with super glue (cyanoacrylate), and before painting degrease the surface and prime it with a base coat.
An accessory for a more advanced build. The models themselves, glue and paints are not included in the package.
