An unassembled injection-molded plastic kit of the sports sedan Subaru Impreza WRX STi in 1:24 scale from the Japanese manufacturer Fujimi. The model is intended to be glued and painted, and it usually carries clear parts for the glazing and a decal sheet for the details. The particular contents of the package differ between individual releases.
The Impreza WRX STi is the top version of the compact Subaru, derived from its successful rally campaigns. It is powered by a turbocharged flat-four (boxer) engine with permanent all-wheel drive, which made it an icon of the motoring scene at the turn of the millennium. The pronounced front bumper, the cooling vent in the hood and the rear wing belong among its recognizable marks.
Spray the body with an airbrush, ideally over a primer, and finish a glossy shade with a clear coat for depth. Set the carbon and plastic accessories apart with a matte coat. Use liquid modeling cement on the plastic parts, and you will settle the decals with a decal softener.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
