This injection-molded plastic kit from the Polish manufacturer Arma Hobby captures the photo-reconnaissance version of the legendary North American Mustang, the F-6C, in 1:72 scale. The model comes from a modern tool with a fine surface texture and comes with a decal sheet offering several marking options. It therefore offers a high-quality, detailed build in a small scale.
The F-6C was the photo-reconnaissance conversion of the P-51B/C Mustang fighter. It received oblique cameras in the fuselage behind the cockpit for tactical reconnaissance, but kept the performance and the armament of a fast fighter. It was used above all over Europe at the end of the Second World War with tactical reconnaissance squadrons.
Glue the parts with liquid cement for plastic and sand the mold seams carefully. Apply a filler primer before painting and spray metal and glossy surfaces with an airbrush. The cockpit can be masked before spraying for clean frames.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
