A-6 Intruder turned probes 1:32 (MASTER) are turned metal replacement parts (a pitot tube, an angle of attack sensor and a refueling probe) for building the carrier-based bomber Grumman A-6 in 1:32 scale.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of precise turned metal parts from the Polish manufacturer MASTER for a model of the carrier-based attack aircraft Grumman A-6 Intruder in 1:32 scale. It contains a pitot tube, an angle of attack sensor and an in-flight refueling probe, which replace the soft and easily damaged plastic parts. The metal form is straight, sharp and durable.
The Grumman A-6 Intruder was an American two-seat carrier-based attack aircraft capable of precise strikes in any weather. It served for long decades with the US Navy and the Marine Corps and became the backbone of carrier strike aviation. The fine probes on the nose are among its characteristic details.
Separate the parts carefully from the carrier tab, pre-drill the hole in the plastic and glue them in with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). Metal holds paint better once a primer has been applied. We recommend fitting the pitot tube at the very end of the build, so that it is not bent during handling.
It is supplied as a standalone accessory. The basic kit of the aircraft, glue and paints are not included in the package.
