A detail engine set for the Messerschmitt Bf 109G-6 fighter in 1:32 scale from the manufacturer Aires. The resin accessory makes it possible to display an exposed engine section with a faithfully rendered V engine, engine mount, ancillaries and cowlings.
The Bf 109G-6 was one of the most numerous versions of the Gustav. It was powered by the inverted V12 Daimler-Benz DB 605 engine. A characteristic feature of the G-6 version were the covers, the bulges, over the synchronized guns in front of the cabin.
Before building, wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and glue with cyanoacrylate glue. It is advisable to paint the engine in sections before the final assembly; the lines and the ancillaries come out well with a difference in color and a fine wash.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, not an aircraft model. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
