This set from the LööK line is not an airplane kit but a detail accessory for the interior. It contains a color-printed resin instrument panel and pre-painted steel seat belts for the pilot in 1:32 scale. The panel is designed as a direct replacement for the part from the plastic kit, with realistic instruments, dials and controls and no need for painting.
The aim is to lift the cockpit of a P-40E model quickly and without laborious hand painting. The color resin panel replaces the plastic cockpit part and the pre-painted steel belts give the pilot's seat a realistic look. The result stands out above all on larger models in 1:32 scale, where the interior is clearly visible.
Carefully separate the resin panel from the casting block, clean it up and try the fit dry. Bond it with super glue (cyanoacrylate); the steel belts are supple and are easily shaped into a realistic sag. Protect your breathing when sanding resin.
This is an accessory (a detail set), not a standalone model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
