This is a resin aftermarket detail set, not an aircraft model. It contains a faithfully cast ejection seat with molded seat belts for models of the European Eurofighter Typhoon multi-role fighter in 1:32 scale. The casting replaces the simpler plastic seat from the box.
With an open cockpit the ejection seat is a prominent element, and its detailed execution noticeably lifts the realism of a model. The molded straps remove the need to add belts separately. The set is intended for a specific aircraft type, and it is a good idea to check the fit before the build.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean them up. It is bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Sand with respiratory protection. A primer and shading to bring out the detail of the straps work well for painting.
This is an accessory for advanced modelers. The kit itself, glue and paints are not included in the package.
