A resin detail part, not an airplane kit. This casting in fine resin replaces the ejection seat of the American F-15 Eagle heavy air superiority fighter in 1:32 scale, complete with cast seat belts. It sharpens up one of the most conspicuous features of an open cockpit with no need to glue tiny photo-etched parts. The part is meant for modelers who want to lift the interior of the machine quickly and faithfully.
Under a slid-back canopy the ejection seat is the dominant detail, and how well it is drawn decides the final impression. The casting captures the shape of the shell, the controls and the belts with their buckles as one compact part, so folding and gluing fall away. Once painted and picked out with a wash the seat gains depth and looks entirely faithful.
