Responsibility details are not available.
The Focke-Wulf Fw 190A-8 is the most numerously built form of the Fw 190A series, the German single-seat fighter of the Second World War. It differed from the older machines of the same series in its armament and internal equipment and was used for fighter duties as well as against formations of heavy bombers.
An add-on cockpit set for a model of the Fw 190A-8 in 1:32 scale. It replaces or supplements the cockpit equipment from the kit and adds the fineness that an injection mold cannot manage. The list of parts and the kit the set belongs to are given in the manufacturer's instructions; a model in its own right will not come out of it.
Cockpit sets are fitted at the start of the build, before the fuselage is glued together, so try the whole thing dry before you glue anything. It is often necessary to thin the inner walls of the fuselage or to adjust the mating surfaces so that the halves come together without force. Cut the surplus material away with a sharp blade a little clear of the part and sand the rest down. Wash and degrease the parts before painting, otherwise the paint will not hold on the smooth surface. Paint in thin layers, bring the small items out with a dry brush and emphasize the shadows at the end, because in a finished cockpit it is mainly contrast that shows through the glazing, not fine shades.
The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
