This is a self-adhesive masking set from the brand Kits-World in 1:32 scale, holding masks for the canopy and the wheels. The templates are cut to fit a model of the British Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb fighter. It is not a kit but an accessory for painting.
The Supermarine Spitfire Mk.Vb was among the most heavily produced versions of the Spitfire. Armed with a pair of cannon and machine guns, it formed the backbone of the British fighter force in the first half of the war and was deployed on many fronts from Europe to the Mediterranean.
The templates cover the canopy frames and the wheels exactly, so that spraying leaves sharp transitions without work by hand. Degrease the clear parts, press the mask down against the edges of the frames and spray in thin coats; lift the mask shortly after it dries.
The set holds masking templates only. Paints, glue and the model itself are not included in the package.
