Tanks in Bosnia no. 1, Serb, Croatian and Muslim AFVs is a set of water-slide decals in 1:35 with the markings of armored equipment from the fighting in Bosnia.
Responsibility details are not available.
A set of wet (water-slide) decals in 1:35 scale from Star Decals. It is not a model or a kit but markings on their own, with which you complete your own model of an armored vehicle. The sheets cover the insignia, numbers and tactical symbols used by Serb, Croat and Bosniak units in the course of the wars in the former Yugoslavia.
During the fighting in Bosnia in the first half of the 1990s the warring sides deployed a varied mixture of older equipment of both Soviet and Yugoslav origin: tanks of the T-34-85 and T-55 series, armored personnel carriers and reconnaissance vehicles. The vehicles carried both improvised and regular insignia of the individual factions, which makes them a rewarding and colorful theme for modelers of modern armored equipment.
Apply the decals onto smooth gloss varnish, which will prevent what is known as silvering. Cut an element out, dip it in lukewarm water for a few seconds and slide it onto the place intended for it. A softening solution will improve the seating; once it has dried, go over the surface with a matte varnish and unify it with the patina of the vehicle.
This is an accessory, a sheet of decals. A model of the vehicle, paints and varnish are not included in the package.
