British RAC officer in North Africa no. 2 is a resin figure in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART, depicting an officer of the British Royal Armoured Corps in the desert.
Responsibility details are not available.
A single resin figure of a British tank officer in 1:35 scale from PANZER ART. It captures a member of the Royal Armoured Corps during the campaign in North Africa. The package contains cast resin parts without paints or glue.
British armored units fought in the North African desert in tropical field dress of khaki cloth (khaki drill), completed by typical accessories such as binoculars or satchels. RAC officers commanded Crusader, Grant, Sherman and other machines of the desert war. The figure is thus a natural companion to British tanks of the Western Desert.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and try the fit. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue), sand with respiratory protection and apply primer. Build the sandy shades of khaki drill up over a lighter base and tone them gently with filters into warm desert tones; suggest dust on the boots and trouser legs with light pigments.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a display base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
