This 1:35 set from DEF Model is not a standalone model but a resin replacement part. It replaces the gun mantlet of the Israeli Centurion Sho't tank, faithfully rendered together with the characteristic canvas cover that on the real vehicle protected the moving part of the mounting against dust and water. It is intended for the AFV Club plastic kit of the Centurion IDF.
The casting captures the folds and the sag of the canvas cover, which are hard to achieve on plastic parts. The result is a more realistic front section of the turret. Fitting may call for small adjustments where the part is glued.
Wash the remains of the mold release agent off the part, cut off the casting block carefully and glue with cyanoacrylate. Sand the resin with your airways protected.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
