Responsibility details are not available.
A collector's resin figure in 1:35 scale from the Czech maker MN-hobby. It represents a member of the Czechoslovak 29th Infantry Regiment attached to a defense battalion of the Straz obrany statu, the State Defense Guard, caught in a firing pose. The stance and the equipment clearly set this variant apart from the other figures of the same series.
The Straz obrany statu, the State Defense Guard, was an armed body defending the Czechoslovak border regions in the second half of the 1930s. The soldiers of the infantry regiments attached to it wore the uniforms and carried the weapons of the period, which this figure renders faithfully. The figure suits Czech historical scenes from the time when the republic was under threat.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, separate them from the casting blocks and bond them with super glue. Wear respiratory protection while sanding. Paint the uniform and the face with acrylic figure paints, add the shadows with oils or a wash and pick out the edges with a dry brush.
The figure is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and a base are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
