Faun L900 road wheels, Continental tread, 1:35, PANZER ART is a resin set of wheels for models of the German heavy truck and tractor Faun L900.
Responsibility details are not available.
This aftermarket set from PANZER ART replaces the original plastic wheels on models of the German heavy truck and tractor Faun L900 in 1:35 scale. It is not a kit but detailed resin castings of the tires and wheels with a faithful tread pattern of the Continental brand. The casting captures the fine structure of the tread as well as of the sidewalls.
The Faun L900 was a German heavy truck and tractor from the period of the Second World War, used among other things for carrying tanks on a semi-trailer. The robust vehicle ran on massive tires from various makers.
Wash the mold release agent off the wheels, cut off the casting blocks and clean the mating surfaces up. Glue with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). A slight flattening where they bed onto the road, and emphasis on the tread with pigments, look realistic.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted, as resin castings. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
