This is a 3D printed resin accessory, not a model of its own. It depicts the German fifteen-liter can, that is, the smaller variant of the standard can, in 1:35 scale. It serves to load vehicles and to bring dioramas and field scenes to life.
Besides the most widespread twenty-liter standard can, smaller variants also appeared in the German army. The design followed the same proven shape with three handles, a pressed cross on the sides and a folding catch on the closure, which allowed quick opening without tools.
Wash the parts in lukewarm soapy water and let them dry. Before separating them from the supports it is worth dipping them in hot water for a moment; the resin softens and does not chip. It is glued with cyanoacrylate glue (super glue). For a realistic look, a darker base, dry brushing of the edges and a light patina of rust and dust all help.
This is an accessory, not a complete model. It is supplied unassembled and unpainted; glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
