Turned metal gun barrels, MASTER 1:350 - the armament of HMS Dreadnought. It is not a ship model but a set of barrels for the 12 inch main guns and the secondary 12 pounder guns.
Responsibility details are not available.
This is not a ship model but a set of turned metal gun barrels in 1:350 scale from the Polish maker MASTER. The set contains ten barrels of 12 inch caliber for the main turrets and twenty-six barrels for the secondary 12 pounder (12pdr) guns. The metal barrels replace the plastic parts from a kit with accurate geometry and a sharp muzzle and bring out the characteristic battery of small-caliber guns of this ship.
HMS Dreadnought was a British battleship of 1906 whose concept, all big gun, meaning a uniform heavy armament together with steam turbines, opened a new era and gave its name to a whole category of dreadnoughts. It quickly made older battleships obsolete and set off the prewar naval arms race.
Cut the tiny 12pdr barrels off carefully and clean up the ends. Glue with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the metal before painting and apply a metal primer. The barrel muzzles are already drilled, so you get a realistic view into the barrel without laboriously drilling plastic.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
