A metal set of 46 cm gun barrels and projectiles in 1:350 scale from Tamiya for a model of the battleship Yamato. A detail-up accessory, not a ship model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detail metal set in 1:350 scale from Tamiya intended to improve a model of the Japanese battleship Yamato. It is not a model or a kit of the ship but a detail-up accessory that replaces the plastic barrels of the main guns with more accurate metal ones. The set contains nine machined aluminum 46 cm gun barrels with drilled muzzles and a set of aluminum projectiles representing Type 91 armor-piercing shells.
The set is intended for modelers who are building a model of the battleship Yamato in 1:350 scale and want to raise the realism of the main armament. It will be appreciated by collectors who are bothered by solid plastic gun muzzles and who are looking for an easy but marked improvement. It is assumed that you already own the matching Yamato model the set belongs to.
The set is an accessory to a model; the ship model itself and the paints are not included in the package.
