It is neither a model nor a part of one but a color decal detail that takes the place of the labor of painting instruments and of photo-etched interior sets.
The McDonnell Douglas F-4J Phantom II was a two-seat carrier fighter and attack aircraft of the US Navy. The J version was among the more capable forms of the Phantom, with more powerful engines and an updated radar. The Phantom became one of the most widespread combat aircraft of the Cold War.
The relief decal carries the color instrument panels, side consoles and details of both cockpits. It is applied as a wet decal: the element is soaked, slid into place and left to dry. That does away with painting tiny elements and with assembling photo-etch.
This is an accessory for the stated kit, not a standalone model. Paints, glue and the kit are not included in the package.
