Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the famous American Curtiss P-40B Warhawk fighter in 1:48 scale from the British brand Airfix. The model comes from a newer mold with finely engraved surface detail and clear canopy parts.
In the early years of the Second World War the P-40 was one of the most important fighters in Allied air forces. The P-40B version carried two 12.7 mm machine guns in the nose and four 7.62 mm machine guns in the wings. It won fame with the volunteer Flying Tigers group and in the fighting in the Pacific and in North Africa.
Glue the parts with thin plastic cement, sand the joints down and prepare the surface with primer. Spray the colors with an airbrush; striking schemes and markings come out best with good decals and a final wash to bring out the panel lines.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
