An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Kovozavody Prostejov. It depicts the single-seat Czech glider VSO-10 Vosa in the B version. The model is meant to be assembled and painted and includes clear canopy parts and a decal sheet.
The VSO-10 Vosa is a Czech single-seat sporting glider designed by Orlican that became a popular club aircraft for both training and performance soaring. It is distinguished by slender wings and clean aerodynamics. The VSO-10B version has retractable landing gear, which adds elegance to the model and fidelity to the real aircraft.
Carefully seat and align the long wings and check the dihedral. Fill and sand the joints so the glider's smooth surface stands out. Use thin liquid cement for plastic. A glossy white finish with colored registration markings is typical; a quality primer and light polishing suit the gloss well. On the retractable-gear version, take care to fit the gear doors correctly. Glue and mask the clear canopy at the end.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
