A detail cockpit set for the two-seat F-4J/S Phantom II aircraft in 1:48 scale from Aires. The resin accessory replaces the basic interior of a plastic kit with a faithfully detailed tandem cockpit: the tubs of both cockpits, the instrument panels, side consoles and ejection seats.
The F-4 Phantom II is an American twin-engine two-seat multirole aircraft. The F-4J version and its upgraded form, the F-4S, served with the US Navy and were flown from the decks of aircraft carriers on both fighter and attack tasks.
Wash the mold release agent off the resin parts, cut off the casting blocks and bond with super glue. The instrument panels come into their own once painted; the interior is set off by a gentle wash and a dry brush on the edges.
This is a resin accessory for a kit, not an airplane model. The set is supplied unassembled and unpainted; the base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package.
