Stencils for spraying the national insignia and markings of the North American F-86F Sabre in 1:48 scale according to the mold given in the name.
Responsibility details are not available.
A sheet of cutouts with which you spray the national insignia and the accompanying markings of the F-86F Sabre jet fighter. The cutouts are made to the outlines of the Hasegawa kit, which the name of the item gives.
The Sabre was the first American production fighter with a swept wing and became a symbol of the air combats over Korea. The F version was the most numerous and brought a revision of the wing leading edge, which improved handling at the high altitudes where the fights took place. The combination of a thin wing, a good view from the cockpit and a radar-ranging gunsight gave the pilots an advantage they knew how to turn to account. After the fighting ended the machine spread around the world and in many countries stayed in service for decades, often in colors markedly different from the original natural metal.
A polished metal surface is the hardest discipline for decals, because even the thinnest carrier film gives itself away on a smooth area. A sprayed insignia does not have that problem and it also suits a model you go on to polish with graphite or pigments. Under a stencil it is advisable to spray really finely and to build the saturation up from below.
