This is a set of fine 3D-printed domed cap nuts, that is, nuts with a closed dome head, in several graded diameters from 0.5 to 1.25 mm. The manufacturer is Decalcas. It is not a kit but an accessory for advanced superdetailing, with which you replace simplified or missing fasteners with faithful miniature nuts.
Realistic bolts and nuts are among the details that lift a model above the level of a box build. They come into their own on engines, chassis, panels and equipment where real domed cap nuts are visible. The graded sizes let you choose the right dimension according to the scale and the particular place.
Separate the small parts from the carrier frame carefully, ideally with a sharp scalpel over a mat, and bond them with a spot of super glue (cyanoacrylate). We recommend working with tweezers and in good lighting; the nuts can be painted before bonding or colored in place.
The dimensions in millimeters give the size of the part, not the scale of the model. The set is supplied unpainted, and paints and glue are not included in the package.
