The AH-1 Cobra was the world's first production attack helicopter. It grew out of the proven technology of the UH-1 helicopter and became famous for its narrow fuselage, its tandem cockpit and its heavy armament in a nose turret. Cobras left a marked imprint on the fighting in Vietnam and became the basis for a whole range of later variants.
Glue the parts with a liquid cement for plastic and sand the mold seams. Finish and paint the cockpit before closing the fuselage. We recommend a primer and an airbrush for smooth transitions. Apply the decals over a gloss base and secure the whole model with matte varnish; mild weathering effects on the engine section also look good.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
