A resin detail set, not an airplane kit. This finely cast resin set replaces the airbrake of the McDonnell Douglas AV-8B Harrier II vertical-takeoff attack aircraft and lets you show it in the open position, in 1:72 scale. The casting brings detail of the brake and of its well that the base plastic handles in a simplified way. The set is meant for advanced modelers with resin experience.
An open airbrake brings a static model to life and reveals the inner structure that the plastic from the box usually lacks. The resin casting captures the fine detail of the flap and of the space beneath it, so once painted and fitted the model looks livelier, as if caught while taxiing or on the ground.
This is a resin detail accessory, not a model. The base kit, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
