A precisely turned metal accessory from the Polish brand MASTER. It is not a model but a set of replacement parts that, on miniatures of the Northrop family, replaces the plastic pitot tube and the cannon barrels with fine brass parts of the correct proportions.

What the set contains and what it is for

The package consists of a turned pitot tube and two 20 mm cannon barrels with drilled-out muzzles. The T-38 Talon trainer uses only the pitot tube, while the combat F-5 versions use the cannon barrels as well. The accessory is intended for plastic models of the T-38 Talon, the F-5B and the reconnaissance versions RF-5A, F-5E and F-5S in 1:72 scale.

Fitting and tips

• Cut the original plastic parts off and pre-drill a hole of the matching diameter where they seated.
• Bond the brass parts with super glue (cyanoacrylate).
• Seat the barrels parallel to the axis of the fuselage so that the armament points the right way.
