1:72 Tempest Mk.V engine and fuselage tanks is a resin detail set for exposing the powerplant of a model of the British fighter from the Airfix kit in 1:72 scale. An accessory for experienced modelers, not a stand-alone model.
Responsibility details are not available.
A detail accessory, not an aircraft model. This resin set makes it possible to expose the powerplant of the model and represents the upper part of the engine together with the fuel and oil tanks, the relevant bulkheads and the cover panels. At the same time it preserves the characteristic radiator housing in the forward fuselage. Intended for the model of the Tempest Mk.V fighter from the Airfix kit in 1:72 scale.
The Hawker Tempest Mk.V was a British fighter of the closing stage of the Second World War, powered by the powerful Napier Sabre H-block engine. It excelled in high speed at low level and became famous among other things for shooting down V-1 flying bombs.
The paints, the glue and the kit are not included in the package.
