An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:72 scale from the Czech manufacturer Kovozavody Prostejov. It captures the Czech single-seat VSO-10 Vosa sailplane in the C version. The model is meant to be assembled and painted and contains clear parts for the canopy and a decal sheet.
The VSO-10 Vosa is a Czech single-seat sporting sailplane of Orlican design, popular as a club and training machine with good flying qualities. The VSO-10C version is the club variant with fixed landing gear, which thanks to its simplicity and reliability was widespread at flying club airfields. The slender wings and clean lines make the Vosa a rewarding subject.
Pay attention to seating and aligning the long wings accurately and to their dihedral. Fill and sand the joints carefully. Use a thin plastic cement. A gloss white finish with colored registrations is typical; lay down a primer under the gloss and smooth the surface finely. The fixed landing gear makes both the build and the later handling of the model easier. Glue and mask the clear canopy at the end of the build.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
