It is not an aircraft kit but a detail accessory that replaces the plastic wheels from the box with a more accurate rendering carrying a fine tire tread pattern and a flat spot at the contact patch (weighted by the aircraft).
The wheels are intended for models of the Heinkel He 219 in 1:72 scale; before fitting, wash the mold release agent off them and cut them from the casting blocks. They are bonded with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Set the flattened side of the tire facing the ground. Resin takes primer and paint well.
The accessory is supplied unassembled and unpainted. The aircraft model, paints and glue are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
