Hispano 20 mm cannon barrels for the Spitfire (E and C wing) in 1:32 scale are turned metal barrels from RB model. They replace the plastic cannon barrels on a model of the fighter and add both fineness and strength to it.

The detail set from the manufacturer RB model contains turned metal barrels of Hispano cannons of 20 mm caliber for a model of the Spitfire fighter. It is not a kit of an aircraft but an accessory with which you will replace the plastic barrels with precise metal parts. The set is intended for the variants with the E and C type wing, which carried armament with twenty-millimeter cannons.
The British Spitfire fighter went through several modifications of the wing and the armament during the war. The C and E type wings allowed the mounting of Hispano cannons of 20 mm caliber, which markedly increased the firepower against the later types of aircraft. The metal barrels faithfully capture the characteristic tubular ends of the cannons protruding from the leading edge of the wing.
You simply seat the metal barrels in the prepared hole and fix them with cyanoacrylate. Degrease the parts before gluing. Metal takes paint readily once a primer has been applied, and the metallic sheen can be left as it is or softened with a light wash.
The set is supplied unpainted, as an accessory in turned metal. The base model, glue and paints are not included in the package.
