Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit of the light delivery version of the Ford Model T automobile from 1912 in 1:24 scale from ICM (Ukraine). The model captures the characteristic tall body, the wire wheels and the open cab of a period commercial vehicle. Fine engraved detail and faithful shapes make it a rewarding basis for a collector's piece as well as for a diorama.
The Ford Model T was one of the first automobiles produced on an assembly line and it fundamentally opened up motoring to broad sections of society. The light delivery version served tradesmen and craftsmen for delivering goods. A simple four-cylinder engine and a sturdy chassis made the vehicle reliable and easy to repair even in the conditions of the time.
Assemble and paint the chassis, the engine and the spoked wheels before you complete the body. Use liquid cement on the plastic, spray the body over a base color and finish the glossy surfaces with a clear coat. Bring out the small brass and black metal elements of the period vehicle by hand painting. The model can be completed with figures and a load to make a period scene.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
