Responsibility details are not available.
An injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale from manufacturer ICM depicting the American historical car Ford Model T in its enclosed Doctor's Coupe configuration from 1917. It is a new tooling; the package includes plastic parts, including clear ones for the glazing, and decals. The exact number of parts and marking schemes is given in the included instructions.
The Ford Model T was a legendary American automobile that, thanks to assembly-line production, brought motoring within reach of the wider population. The enclosed coupe version, with a single seat and a luggage compartment at the rear, became popular among rural doctors — hence the nickname Doctor's Coupe. The enclosed body protected against bad weather, the car's reliability allowed a quick drive to a patient, and the rear compartment held additional medical equipment that would not fit in an ordinary bag.
Paint the body and interior by sub-assembly before final assembly. Use thin liquid cement on the plastic, and glue the clear parts with glass cement. Apply a primer before airbrushing. Spoked wheels and the car's painted surfaces stand out with a careful gloss finish; bring metallic and shiny details, such as the lamps and radiator, to life with metallic paints and a light wash.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints, and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
