P 204(f) with a German crew 1:35 from ICM is a plastic kit of the captured French armored car in German service, including crew figures.
Responsibility details are not available.
This injection-molded plastic kit in 1:35 scale captures the four-wheeled armored car P 204(f) as the German army used it after 1940. Besides the vehicle itself, the package contains a set of figures of the German crew in various poses, so a complete scene comes out of the box. ICM is a Ukrainian maker known for well-shaped parts and fine engraving.
The real subject is the French reconnaissance armored car Panhard 178, a modern four-wheeled vehicle with the crew and the armament in the turret. After the fall of France in 1940 the Germans captured a number of these vehicles and took them into service as the Panzerspähwagen P 204(f). They used them for reconnaissance and for securing rear areas, among other places on the Eastern Front.
Assemble the running gear and the turret interior first, as they are hard to reach once the hull is closed. Join the plastic with liquid cement and sand the seams down. Glue and paint the figures separately and set them in the vehicle only after it has been painted. Apply a primer, spray the main shade with an airbrush, and credibility comes from washes in the recesses, dust pigments on the chassis and fine scuffs on the edges of the armor.
The model is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
