This is a detail accessory, not an airplane model. The set contains cast resin wheels for the main and nose landing gear, which replace the plastic parts, and it is intended for models of the F-86 Sabre in 1:32 scale.
Cast resin faithfully captures the tire tread pattern, the pressings of the hub and the boss, and the wheels are usually done with a hint of the tire loaded, so that once fitted the model reads realistically. The F-86 Sabre was an American swept-wing jet fighter, the key opponent of the MiG-15 in the Korean War and one of the icons of the early jet fighter era.
Wash the mold release agent off the parts, cut off the casting blocks and clean up the surfaces with respiratory protection. Bond with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Lay down a primer before painting; the hubs and the tread will stand out after gentle work with a wash and a dry brush.
The set contains resin parts and is supplied unassembled and unpainted. Glue, paints and the base kit are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
