This is NOT a helicopter model but a small resin detail set - finely cast windshield wipers for the Boeing CH-47 Chinook heavy transport helicopter in 1:35 scale. The resin parts replace the coarse or missing wipers from the plastic kit and raise the fidelity of the forward cockpit.
The Trumpeter kit serves as the basis; it is bought separately.
The Boeing CH-47 Chinook is a twin-rotor heavy transport helicopter with a tandem arrangement of the main rotors. It serves to carry troops, equipment and cargo and is in service with a number of armies all over the world. The wipers of the large windshields are among the small but conspicuous features of the nose.
Separate the parts from the casting block carefully, wash them free of the mold release agent and glue them with cyanoacrylate. Paint them in a dark shade and fit them only at the end of the build, so that they do not get damaged while the model is handled.
The set contains resin accessory parts. The kit, glue, paints and other accessories are not included in the package, unless stated otherwise.
