The castings of stowage, bags, tarpaulins and other gear are arranged on the baskets, the fenders and the superstructure and give the model the lived-in look and the variation in height that the kit alone does not have. The FV510 Warrior is a British tracked infantry fighting vehicle taken into service at the end of the 1980s. The vehicle is intended to carry a section of infantry and to support it with fire; the main weapon is an automatic cannon of smaller caliber in a turret for two members of the crew. Vehicles deployed in operations commonly carried a considerable amount of personal gear, packs, transport crates and tarpaulins on the external baskets and fenders, because the internal space was reserved for the crew and the dismounts. Wash the castings first in lukewarm soapy water, so that no mold release agent is left on them. Cut the casting blocks off with a saw, do not break them. Do the sanding wet and with respiratory protection. Try the arrangement dry first and only then glue it with super glue (cyanoacrylate). Use more shades on the stowage than on the vehicle itself: the point of the gear lies precisely in the color contrast against the uniform finish of the hull. Finally unify the whole with a weak wash and a dust pigment, so that the stowage does not look like a foreign element stuck on.
This is an accessory, not a model. The base kit, glue and paints are not included in the package. When sanding resin, work wet and protect your airways.
