Colored printed cab interior elements for the Chevrolet G7107 truck in 1:35 scale, prepared for the ICM kit. The part is briefly soaked in lukewarm water and slid off the backing paper.
Responsibility details are not available.
The Chevrolet G7107 belongs to the family of American G506 all-wheel-drive trucks. Vehicles of this family served with the Allied armies in the Second World War and a large number were also delivered to the Soviet Union. The instrument panel, the seats and the door trim are all clearly visible in the cab, so on an open model it pays to work the interior out. Painting small instruments and the stitching of the seats with a brush is meanwhile a slow business in this scale.
Colored cab interior elements produced by 3D printing and carried on a decal backing paper. The elements have a three-dimensional relief and a finished coloring, so that detail appears on the instrument panel, the upholstery and the trim that is hard to reach with a brush. The set is prepared for the ICM kit.
The elements are printed on a decal backing paper and have no adhesive layer of their own. Cut the part from the sheet, soak it for about fifteen seconds in lukewarm water and slide it off the paper into place. Do not use a decal softener or a decal fixer, as the chemicals would attack the printed resin. Proceed as follows:
The package holds colored interior elements. The kit, paints and glue are not part of the delivery, unless stated otherwise.
